Re-opening Guidelines
The procedures and protocols in these documents were created in accordance with the CDC Considerations for Schools. The CDC considerations are intended to help protect students, teachers, administrators, and staff slow the spread of COVID-19. These considerations are meant to supplement, not replace any state or local laws which the school must adhere to.
The Department of Catholic Schools has issued guidelines outlining ways to modify our school environment and procedures to meet the directives set forth by state and local officials. We have made the necessary adjustments at our school site in accordance with the guidelines, in order to safely return to on-campus instruction.
We believe that in-person instruction will better support the academic, social, and emotional needs of our students. However, if we have families who are not yet comfortable with a return to in-person instruction, a fully virtual instruction model will be available. We also understand that this virus is ever-evolving and safety requirements change often. We will continue to monitor and make necessary adjustments for the safety and well-being of all students, families, and staff.
Below, we have outlined the procedures and protocols we will abide by to ensure that we provide a safe environment for students, staff, and families, and reduce the potential spread of the virus.
